Campground Guidelines

Our Policies

  • Check-In – RV and tent sites: Between 2:00 pm and 9:00 pm.  Cabins: Between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. We do not allow check-ins after 9:00 pm so please plan accordingly.
  • Check-Out – RV and tent sites: By 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of your departure. Cabins: By 11:00 am on the day of your departure.
  • Due to the nature of Pattor Road, the 1/8 mile road that brings you into the campground, we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures. This is for the safety of all of our guests, as the road is narrow.
  • Reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights with a one night deposit for campsites and camping cabins. A $250 deposit is required for stays in our Deluxe Cabins. Holidays, special event dates and full hook-up sites may require a longer stay and payment in full. Walk-ins are always welcome, with no minimum stay for campsites and camping cabins, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation Policy – You can find more details about our cancellation policy here.
  • Reserved sites, unoccupied or unregistered without notice by 10:00 am the day after the scheduled arrival, will be cancelled without notice.
  • Site requests will be honored, if available, with a non-refundable deposit.
  • Children’s tents as a second camping unit are allowed on designated sites only, for a fee. Tents are not permitted at our cabins or full hook-up sites.
  • Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, however, please be courteous to your neighbors at all times.
  • Visitors – You may have up to 6 people per campsite, including visitors. Day visitors must register at the camp store, pay the visitor fee and obtain a car pass. The visitor fee is $6/person for adults and $2/person for children age 3-17 years. Day visitors may arrive from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm and stay no later than 10:00 pm. Guests’ vehicles are to be parked in the visitor parking area. Pets are not permitted with day visitors.
  • Personal Golf Carts along with unlicensed motorized vehicles are not permitted in the campground, without prior approval from management.
  • Only bicycles with lights are permitted to be used after dark.
  • Mother Nature is unpredictable. Refunds due to inclement weather will not be given. A camping coupon for a future stay will be issued for approved early departures.
  • Firewood – There are many species of trees that we have in our area, that are a large part of what makes Hocking Hills so beautiful. Please help us in preserving these wonderful trees by leaving your firewood at home.
  • Pets are welcome in your RV and in our pet-friendly cabins. If you will be tent camping, please make arrangements to leave your pet at home, as we do not allow pets on our tent sites. Due to insurance concerns we do not allow pit bulls, rottweilers or any aggressive dogs.
